“The body is an idea that is cosmic, which is to say, ‘inconceivably vast’.” – Legacy Russell, Glitch Feminism. A Manifesto
After two pandemic-riven years, S_P_I_T_ is finally back! For the third time, TQW Studios will be hosting interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary, and intersectional artists. The goal is to create a platform for equality and social justice as well as to increase visibility and guarantee the autonomous future existence of queerness in all its facets. S_P_I_T_ festival advocates the decolonization of our bodies and thoughts and thus joins the fight against any forms of discrimination. It symbolizes the invasion of differentiated body languages given an aggressive global political climate. We want to form, renew and expand existing alliances: Everyone is welcome who enjoys queer-feminist performances and wants to experience the soothing effects of distraction and disruption.
